First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested two different radiotherapy schedules for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. One group received the standard 6-week treatment, while the other got a shorter 4-week course based on PET scans. The main goal was to see which schedule caused fewer severe side effects, as reported by patients themselves. The study involved 55 participants and aimed to improve quality of life during treatment.
