Testing gentler radiation for lung tumors

Summary
This study is testing two different techniques for delivering a precise type of radiation treatment (SBRT) to lung tumors while patients hold their breath. The goal is to see which method causes fewer lung side effects and is more reliable at hitting the tumor accurately. It will involve 45 adults with lung cancer or lung metastases.
