Summary
This study is testing a new, minimally invasive way to deliver chemotherapy directly to the lungs. It aims to kill any tiny, leftover cancer cells after surgery in patients whose sarcoma or colorectal cancer has spread to the lungs. The goal is to prevent the cancer from coming back in the lungs and to avoid the side effects of standard IV chemotherapy.
