Robotic biopsies could unlock lung cancer genetics

Summary

This study at Mayo Clinic is testing whether robotic biopsies can collect enough lung tumor tissue to analyze its genes. The goal is to learn more about hereditary and cancer-related genetic changes, and to build a databank for future research. About 40 adults at risk for lung cancer will participate.
