Inclusion Criteria: Non-small cell lung cancer was diagnosed by biopsy before operation, frozen pathology during operation or paraffin section after operation; The patients were 30 to 80 years old; No chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy were given before operation; Exclusion Criteria: Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; Combined with primary malignant tumor of other systems or recurrence of lung cancer, combined with immunodeficiency disease; Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis with infection, tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis; recent use of antifungal drugs; Basic clinical information (such as pathological type, clinical stage and treatment plan) cannot be obtained;
