Can working out together help lung cancer survivors breathe easier?

NCT ID NCT07214441

Summary

This study is testing a 12-week home program designed to help people who have had non-small cell lung cancer and a supportive partner (like a family member or friend) get more active and manage stress. The program, called Breathe Easier+, provides remote coaching, guided walking, strength training, and meditation using a tablet and fitness tracker. Researchers want to see if the program is easy to follow and if it helps improve fitness, reduce fatigue and breathlessness, and boost quality of life for both people in the pair.
