Summary
This study is testing whether combining two targeted cancer drugs is safe and effective for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. The trial is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous treatments, including a KRAS-targeting drug. Researchers will find the best dose and see if the combination can help control the cancer.
