New drug duo tested for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

NCT ID NCT06249282

Summary

This early-stage trial aims to find the safest and most effective dose of two drugs—carfilzomib and sotorasib—when used together. It is for adults with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific KRAS G12C mutation and has worsened despite prior targeted therapy. The main goal is to understand the side effects and determine the best dose for future studies.
