Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a combination of two oral drugs, osimertinib and telaglenastat, for adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (EGFR mutation) and has stopped responding to standard targeted therapy. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose of the combination and to understand its side effects. Researchers hope this drug pairing can block cancer cell growth in a new way to control the disease.
