Summary

This study is testing if a blood test can help doctors make better treatment decisions for people with advanced lung cancer. The test looks for tiny bits of cancer DNA in the blood. If the DNA is still found after 6 weeks of standard immunotherapy, the study will see if adding chemotherapy right away works better than waiting.
