First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether DNA from blood, sputum, lung fluid, and breath can help track non-small cell lung cancer before and after surgery. About 210 adults having surgery to remove their lung cancer will provide samples over 24 months. The goal is to see if these samples are useful for detecting cancer mutations and spotting any return of the disease.
