Summary

This study tested two breathing devices—a Lung Boost trainer and an incentive spirometer—to see which better improves lung function in 60 children aged 4-9 with cerebral palsy who had recovered from COVID-19. All children also received standard breathing therapy. The goal was to find a fun, motivating way to help these kids breathe easier and improve their quality of life.
