Summary
This study tests whether adding a Lung Boost device to standard breathing exercises can improve lung function and quality of life in women aged 50-60 who have had a mastectomy and are postmenopausal. Fifty women will be split into two groups: one doing only breathing exercises, the other adding the device. The goal is to see if the device helps them breathe easier and feel better.
