Summary
This study tests a drug called 177Lu-FAP-2286, which delivers radiation directly to cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, lung, or breast cancer) that have a specific protein called FAP. The trial has two parts: Phase 1 finds the safest dose, and Phase 2 checks if the drug shrinks tumors, alone or with chemotherapy. About 222 adults will take part.
