New surgery aims to ease bowel symptoms from endometriosis

Summary
This study compares a new surgical technique (IDLnR) with standard laparoscopic surgery for bowel endometriosis. About 192 women aged 18-55 with confirmed bowel endometriosis will be randomly assigned to one of the two surgeries. The goal is to see if the new method improves bowel function and quality of life more than the standard approach, while keeping complications low.
