First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a special laser (ELCA) to treat severely blocked heart arteries that standard balloons cannot cross or expand. About 230 adults with coronary artery disease will receive the laser procedure and be followed for one year. The goal is to see if the laser can safely open these tough blockages and improve blood flow.
