Laser zaps stubborn heart blockages in new study

Summary
This study looks at whether a special laser can help open heart arteries that are too hard or blocked for standard balloon treatment. About 230 adults with severe coronary artery disease will receive the laser procedure and be followed for one year. The goal is to see if the laser safely improves blood flow without major complications.
