New pill targets hard-to-treat cancers with KRAS G12D mutation

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new tablet, LT-010391, in people with advanced solid tumors (lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer) that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 198 participants who have tried other treatments without success will take the drug and be monitored for side effects and tumor shrinkage.
