New pill targets tough blood cancers after standard treatments fail

NCT ID NCT05024045

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a new oral drug called LOXO-338 for patients with advanced blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma who have already received standard therapies. The trial has two parts: first testing LOXO-338 alone, and then potentially testing it in combination with another targeted drug. The goal is to see if this approach can help control these difficult-to-treat cancers.
