New pill tested in kids with Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study is testing a pill called LOXO-292 in children and teenagers with advanced solid or brain tumors that have a specific genetic change called a RET alteration. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the medicine can shrink these difficult-to-treat tumors. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments.
