NCT ID NCT07391982
First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests whether lowering the radiation dose to healthy parts of the prostate can reduce bowel and urinary side effects in men with low- or intermediate-risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive two MRI-guided radiation sessions, with one group getting a uniform high dose and the other getting a lower dose to healthy tissue and a high dose only to visible tumors. Researchers will track side effects and cancer control for up to 2 years.
