Doctors test less harsh treatment for common throat cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether doctors can safely use less radiation and chemotherapy after surgery for throat cancers linked to HPV. The goal is to maintain good cancer control while reducing side effects and improving patients' quality of life. The trial will enroll 111 adults with early-stage HPV-positive throat cancer who have had surgery.
