Summary
This study is testing whether a lower dose of the cancer drug brentuximab vedotin can effectively treat certain types of skin lymphoma while potentially causing fewer side effects. It is enrolling adults with mycosis fungoides, Sezary syndrome, or lymphomatoid papulosis who need systemic treatment. The main goal is to find the best dose that controls the disease and is easier for patients to tolerate.
