NCT ID NCT07328568
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing very short, intense bike sprints (just 10-20 seconds each, twice a week) can improve heart and lung fitness in inactive adults. Sixty healthy but inactive participants will be compared to a non-exercising group over 9 weeks. The goal is to see if this tiny amount of exercise is enough to make a real difference in health.
