New Low-Temp ablation technique may improve survival in recurrent nasopharyngeal cancer

Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for treating nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back after initial treatment. About 500 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation or high-frequency electrocautery block resection. The goal is to see which method leads to better survival without the cancer progressing.
