This trial tests whether a 3-day low-residue diet can replace a rectal enema for bowel preparation before laparoscopic endometrial cancer surgery. One hundred women scheduled for surgery will be randomly assigned to either the diet or an enema. The study measures how well the surgeon can see during the operation, the required patient tilt and gas pressure, and any discomfort from the preparation.
