NCT ID NCT07221318
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether using a low-frequency vibrating mat at home for 15 minutes, several times a week, can improve stress recovery, sleep quality, mood, and attention in healthy adults aged 18-45. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to use the mat or lie quietly for three weeks. Researchers will measure heart rate variability, brain activity, and self-reported well-being to see if the mat makes a difference.
