NCT ID NCT05810168
First seen May 22, 2026 ยท Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study tested two diet approaches for people with a common stomach condition called functional dyspepsia, where meals cause pain, fullness, or bloating. About 60 adults tried either standard tips (small meals, less caffeine and fatty foods) or a low FODMAP diet (avoiding certain carbs in wheat, dairy, and many fruits/vegetables) for 6 weeks. The goal was to see which diet better relieved symptoms and improved quality of life.
