Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week low-calorie diet can improve heart function, reduce symptoms like breathlessness, and help people walk farther. It includes 63 adults with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. Participants are randomly assigned to either the diet or standard care with weight-loss advice. The goal is to see if weight loss can ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
