Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer, a fast-growing cancer that has spread. It combines low-dose radiation to the chest with an immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) and chemotherapy, followed by maintenance immunotherapy for up to two years. The goal is to see if this approach helps control the cancer longer and improves survival. The study will enroll 43 adults who have not had prior treatment for their cancer.
