This study tests a new approach for people with stage II to III non-small cell lung cancer that can be surgically removed. Before surgery, patients receive low-dose radiation plus focused high-dose radiation, followed by a combination of an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab) and standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink or eliminate the tumor before surgery, improving outcomes. The study involves 30 adults aged 18 to 75.
