Summary

This study tests a low-dose radioactive drug (177Lu-P17-088) that targets a protein called PSMA on prostate cancer cells. It is for people with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. The goal is to see if the treatment can shrink tumors and slow disease progression while keeping side effects manageable. About 20 participants will be enrolled.
