Summary

This study looks at whether eating a low-calorie diet before chemotherapy can lessen side effects like fatigue, nausea, and mouth sores, and also help the chemo work better. About 130 people with breast or prostate cancer are taking part. The goal is to see if a simple diet change can make cancer treatment easier to handle and more effective.
