Heart surgery recovery: could less pressure be better?

Summary
This pilot study is testing whether allowing a slightly lower blood pressure target is safe and beneficial for patients recovering from heart surgery. It will compare this 'permissive hypotension' approach to usual care in 80 patients. The goal is to see if it reduces the need for strong blood pressure medications and shortens the time spent in the intensive care unit.
