First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study explores whether a low branched-chain amino acid diet (a type of protein-restricted diet) combined with an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1) is safe and effective for people with stage III melanoma that has spread to lymph nodes. About 80 participants will receive the diet and immunotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and improve outcomes without causing serious side effects.
