First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special low-weight workout using blood flow restriction cuffs can help teenage rowers with mild or recurring low back pain. Researchers want to see if this method is as effective as heavy lifting for improving performance and preventing re-injury, but with less strain on the back. About 120 active rowers aged 13-20 will take part.
