Massive study tracks 7,300 workers to uncover hidden causes of back pain disability
NCT ID NCT00667316
Summary
This study followed 7,300 Spanish workers to understand what personal, psychological, work-related, and clinical factors influence whether someone takes sick leave for low back pain and how long that leave lasts. Researchers observed participants for 18 months to identify patterns and risk factors. The goal was to gather knowledge to potentially improve workplace health strategies, not to test treatments.
