First seen Dec 26, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of vamorolone in boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who have already taken the drug in earlier studies. About 80 boys will be followed to see how the medicine affects their bones, including the number of spine fractures. The goal is to gather more information on how well vamorolone works over time and what side effects may occur.
