Summary

This study follows 280 adults and children with pulmonary hypertension who are already taking macitentan or selexipag in a previous trial. The goal is to monitor long-term safety, including side effects and serious events, while allowing continued access to the medication. Participants receive their usual dose, with children getting a weight-adjusted version of macitentan.
