This study compares the long-term safety of ustekinumab (Stelara) against other biologic drugs for adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers will analyze military health records to track rates of cancer and serious infections in over 1,000 patients starting these treatments. The goal is to understand which medications might have better safety profiles for long-term use.
