Summary
This study aims to compare the long-term safety of ustekinumab against other biologic drugs for adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers will use existing military health records to track over 1,000 patients who are starting these treatments. The main goal is to see if there are differences in the rates of cancer and serious infections between the different medications.
