Real-World watch: tracking a Crohn's disease Drug's Long-Term performance

NCT ID NCT04002180

Summary

This study is observing patients with moderate to severe Crohn's disease who are already being treated with the drug Entyvio (vedolizumab) in their regular doctor's care. The main goal is to collect long-term information on the drug's safety and how well it works to control the disease in a real-world setting. It is an observational study in Japan, meaning researchers are watching and recording outcomes but not changing the treatment patients receive.
