Summary

This study looked at the long-term safety and effectiveness of an experimental drug called AXS-05 for people with treatment-resistant depression (depression that hasn't improved with other treatments). The study enrolled 181 adults who either completed a prior AXS-05 study or currently had major depression with prior treatment failures. Participants took AXS-05 and were monitored for side effects. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
