Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a medicine called marstacimab for people with severe hemophilia A or B. It is given as a shot under the skin to help prevent bleeding episodes. The study includes about 245 participants who have already completed earlier phases. Researchers will track side effects and how well the treatment controls bleeding over time.
