Summary

This study aims to check the long-term safety of an inhaled powder called TPIP for people with high blood pressure in the lungs linked to lung scarring (PH-ILD). It is open only to people who finished a previous related study. Researchers will monitor side effects and see if the treatment helps with walking ability and other health measures over time.
