7-Year checkup: can this tiny eye implant keep glaucoma at bay?
NCT ID NCT07154810
Summary
This study is observing patients for up to 7 years after they received a special eye implant during cataract surgery. The implant is designed to both improve vision and continuously release medication to control high eye pressure from glaucoma. Researchers want to see if the implant remains safe and effective at keeping eye pressure down long-term without needing additional daily eye drops.
