NCT ID NCT05862103
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study follows 15,000 people who survived a heart attack and were part of an earlier project. Researchers will call participants at 3 and 5 years after leaving the hospital to check their health, medications, and whether they had any major heart problems like another heart attack, stroke, or heart failure. The goal is to learn which treatments and strategies used during the emergency and recovery period lead to the best long-term outcomes.
