Summary

This study aimed to check the long-term safety of an experimental add-on medication called CVL-865 for adults whose focal seizures are not fully controlled by their current drugs. It was a follow-up study for 105 people who had already completed a previous short-term trial. The main goal was to monitor for side effects, heart changes, and withdrawal symptoms over 57 weeks of treatment, but the trial was terminated early.
