Kids' arthritis drug faces final Long-Term safety test

Summary
This study is checking the long-term safety and effectiveness of the drug baricitinib in children and teenagers (ages 1 to 17) with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). It is only for participants who have already been taking baricitinib in a previous related study. The main goal is to see if the drug continues to be safe and helps control the disease over a longer period.
