This study follows 200 adults for 5 years after ankle surgery for chronic instability. Researchers want to see how well patients can do sports after two different surgical methods: anatomical reconstruction or arthroscopic repair. Participants will have yearly checkups and fill out a questionnaire about their sports ability.
