Summary

This study aims to understand if sleep disturbances, including sleep apnea, make long COVID symptoms like severe fatigue and thinking problems worse. Researchers will observe 200 adults who have had COVID-19, tracking their sleep, memory, and energy levels over time. The goal is to gather information that could lead to better management strategies for long COVID in the future.
